2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Work Product: Ownership of deliverables created for clients (such as strategy documents, custom assets, and internal frameworks) will transfer according to the specific terms set forth in the executed SOW or client contract upon full payment of agreed-upon fees.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

  • Fees: Rates for initial setup, ongoing maintenance, strategic consulting, or recurring management are specified in your service agreement or proposal.

  • Payment Schedules: Recurring services (e.g., weekly or monthly maintenance fees) are billed in advance according to the billing schedule outlined in your client agreement.
